Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of €200 is payable at 1 the time of booking to confirm.

Check-in time is from 4pm onwards upon day of arrival. Departure time is by 10am on departure day.

Heating oil is metered per use. A land line telephone is available and is metered per use.

Cancellation Charges.
If a booking is cancelled for whatever reason, we reserve the right to apply the following charges;
Less than 8 days prior to booking 100% of rate.
8 to 21 days prior to booking 75% of rate.
22 to 42 days prior to booking 60% of rate.

A cot &/or high chair are available if required. (Please inform us prior to arrival)

If the occupancy of the house is higher than the five available beds prior arrangement must be made and an additional charge will apply.

The proprietors of Seahaven shall not be liable nor will accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage howsoever sustained by any person or persons whether arising under the express or implied terms of any rental agreement, or at Common Law (including any negligence of the proprietors their servants or agents) or in any other way whatsoever. The exclusion of the implied terms contained in Section 39 Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980 is subject to the provisions of Section 40 of the said Act.
